Lawn chairs, bedding & towels, food, axe, firewood & match (this is not necessarily needed), music -CD's, Ipod or MP3 player, refreshments, flash light, extra batteries, bottled water, (boat has water) beach towels, beach blankets, extra sun tan lotion & sunscreen.

Reservations will be confirmed upon availability of requested dates and receipt of $500 for the reservation payment made payable by debit, cheque, VISA or Mastercard. No reservations will be made to persons under 21 years of age or anyone who doesn't have a valid Driver's License.

A $2500.00 Damage Deposit is required to boarding. Only VISA, Mastercard, cash or cerified cheque will be accepted for the Damage Deposit. NO PERSONAL or COMPANY CHEQUES WILL BE ACCEPTED. The $2500.00 Damage Deposit will be applied to the following outstanding charges; damage caused to the houseboat, lost or broken inventory, late returns and excessively unclean boats. The $2500.00 Damage Deposit will be refunded providing there are no outstanding charges and the boat is returned at the appointed time ($75.00/Hour for late return).

Your $500.00 reservation payment is refundable less facilitation fee if reservation is canceled or changed in writing 60 days or more prior to departure. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to departure will be refunded the full charter less the reservation payment, and administration fee IF the boat is re-chartered.
